McSwain Engineering Appoints new Testifying Consultant

We would like to introduce Milo V. Kral, Ph.D. as the newest member of our consultant team at McSwain Engineering, Inc. Dr. Kral is a testifying expert in the areas of mechanical engineering, materials engineering and failure analysis.
Dr. Kral obtained a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from Vanderbilt University (1996), as well as a Master of Science in Materials Engineering (1992) and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (1984) from Vanderbilt. He has substantial industry experience in the United States. Before joining our company, he was a Professor and Department Head of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. He taught at the University of Canterbury for 19 years. He also owned and operated an independent engineering and failure analysis company for 10 years where he provided materials failure analysis consulting services.
Dr. Kral has excellent credentials and is recognized internationally as indicated in the attached curriculum vitae. He also has extensive relevant experience as an expert witness, which includes having testified for the High Court of New Zealand on multiple cases. We are confident that Dr. Kral will be a valuable asset to both our company and clients.
